You will need
4 slices Warburtons White Farmhouse loaf
1 tbs light mayonnaise
1 tbs low fat plain yogurt
1 tbs mango chutney
½ tsp curry powder (or a little more if you like)
1 tbs sultanas
1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
100g cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
Handful shredded gem lettuce
Make it
| Serves 2
1) Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mango chutney and curry powder in a bowl. Stir in the sultanas and chopped coriander
2) Add the shredded or chopped cooked chicken then divide the mixture between 2 slices of bread
3) Add the lettuce then pop on the remaining two slices
4) Cut in half and serve with ready salted crisps on the side
