You will need
4 slices Warburtons Wholemeal Bread
handful watercress
2 small hot smoked salmon fillets
2-3cm piece cucumber
few fresh chives, snipped
freshly ground black pepper
Make it
5 minutes | Serves 2
- Flake the salmon and arrange with the watercress over two slices of bread
- Scatter with the chives and then add the cucumber. Season with black pepper and top with the remaining slices of bread
