You will need
3 slices Warburtons Old English White, crusts removed
1 bunch of British asparagus
1 tsp of olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
25g pitted black olives, roughly chopped
25g sun blush tomatoes, roughly chops
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Make it
10 minutes | Serves 2
- Preheat oven to 200C/gas mark 6.
- Place the bread in food processor and process until it becomes fine breadcrumbs
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the olives, tomatoes, parmesan and oil
- Trim the woody ends from the asparagus, cook in pan of boiling water for 1-2 minutes until just tender. Drain well then transfer to an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and pop under a hot grill for 5 minutes or until the crumbs are golden brown
- It's bready to eat!
