| Serves 2
1) Lightly butter the outside of the rolls. Open the rolls and spread a little butter on the inside of the bases and a thin layer of yellow mustard on the inside of the lids
2) Layer on the ham, the pork, then the cheese and finally the sliced gherkins. Place the lids on top
3) Heat a large non stick frying pan, griddle pan or sandwich press and add the sandwiches. Cook over a medium heat for two to three minutes, pressing gently with the back of a large spatula to slightly compress the sandwiches as they toast
4) When the cheese is starting to melt and the bread is starting to toast and brown, lift them out and cut in half diagonally before serving
